"In America, I found the confirmation of my hopes and came to understand the reason for the success of this great country, nothing can equal the free work of free men. This is the foundation upon which the indisputable success of the United States of America has been built."
Igor Sikorsky
Igor I Sikorsky (1889-1972) Born in Kiev, Russia. Helped shape
the development of Russian and American aviation. His greatest aeronautical
achievements were his multi-motored airplanes, large flying boats and
helicopters. Through innovative designs he set numerous aviation world records.
He is noted as an unusual person. A genius with great natural ability,
spirituality, humanity and being a true gentleman of the old school.
Igor I Sikorsky (1889-1972) admired a simple code,
"Money lost - nothing lost; Health
lost - little lost; Spirit lost - everything
lost."
"Religion is now as much alive as ever
and it has not failed mankind. It is mankind which is abandoning religion
and which will bear the tragic consequences of the desertion. Religion firmly
states that man created by God under the conditions and for the objective
of higher moral and spiritual development, which alone can make even this
life worthy and reasonable, and may open the way into a boundlessly happier
future existence."
