Artist Joseph Keogan was born and raised in Sea Cliff, New York.
He graduated from the Paier College of Art, in Hamdon, Connecticut with a
degree in Commercial Art and Illustration.

A member of the Connecticut Classic Artists, Art Society of Old Greenwich,
